Syarat Pendaftaran:
1. Laki-laki/Wanita lulusan SMA/SMK/MA semua jurusan
2. Menyerahkan fotokopi ijazah yang telah dilegalisir sebanyak 2 lembar
3. Mengisi Formulir pendaftaran yang telah disediakan
4. Membayar uang pendaftaran sebesar Rp.200.000,- transfer ke rekening 8991398632159
5. Menyerahkan foto berwarna berukuran 4x6 sebanyak 3 lembar
6. Menyerahkan fotokopi akta kelahiran yang telah disyahkan sebanyak 2 lembar
7. Menyerahkan Surat Catatan Kepolisian
8. Menyerahkan fotokopi KTP, fotokopi KK
9. Mengisi surat Pernyataan kesanggupan tidak akan terlibat/bebeas narkoba
10. Menyerahkan surat keterangan dokter (nomor 6,7,8, dan 9 dapat diserahkan pada saat daftar ulang/registrasi)
11. Pendaftaran dapat melalui email : akpnbahtera@yahoo.co.id atau website www.akpnbahtera.ac.id
