Pendaftaran Calon Taruna Taruni AKPN Bahtera Yogyakarta:

Tempat Pendaftaran di Kampus AKPN "Bahtera" Yogyakarta 

Jln. Bantul Km.3 Dukuh MJ I/1221 Yogyakarta 55142 Telp. (0274) 381489, 414515

Waktu Pendaftaran 08.00 s/d 16.00 WIB

Pendaftaran Gelombang II ditutup tanggal September 2016 

atau bisa juga melalui web: pmb.akpnbahtera.ac.id

Syarat Pendaftaran:

1.     Laki-laki/Wanita lulusan SMA/SMK/MA semua jurusan

2.     Menyerahkan fotokopi ijazah yang telah dilegalisir sebanyak 2 lembar 

3.     Mengisi Formulir pendaftaran yang telah disediakan

4.     Membayar uang pendaftaran sebesar Rp.200.000,-

5.     Menyerahkan foto berwarna berukuran 4x6 sebanyak 3 lembar

6.     Menyerahkan fotokopi akta kelahiran yang telah disyahkan sebanyak 2 lembar

7.     Menyerahkan Surat Catatan Kepolisian

8.     Menyerahkan fotokopi KTP, fotokopi KK

9.     Mengisi surat Pernyataan kesanggupan tidak akan terlibat/bebeas narkoba

10.   Menyerahkan surat keterangan dokter (nomor 6,7,8, dan 9 dapat diserahkan pada saat daftar ulang/registrasi)

11.   Pendaftaran dapat melalui email : akpnbahtera@yahoo.co.id atau website www.akpnbahtera.ac.id

 

Perincian Biaya Pendidikan Taruna/Taruni Akademi Ketatalaksanaan Pelayaran Niaga (AKPN) "BAHTERA Yogyakarta

 

A.     BIAYA PENDAFTARAN

   1.     Pendaftaran Rp.200.000,-

   2.     Daftar Ulang Rp.10.600.000,-, terdiri dari :

                        -Seragam                        :Rp 4.000.000,-

                        -SPP 1 (Semester1)           :Rp 3.300.000,-

                        -SPP II (Semester 2)         :Rp 3.300.000,-

 3.     Tambahan biaya (ospek,latdiksarmil,pelantikan) Rp 1.400.000,-

 4.     Asrama 1 Tahun    Rp. 3.600.000

 

TOTAL BIAYA TAHUN PERTAMA : Rp 15.800.000

 

B.     Sumbangan

Sumbangan minimal 6.000.000,- (Bisa dibayar selama proses perkuliahan)

 

C.     Catatan

Semua persyaratan administrasi (dokumen0dokumen) agar dilengkapi pada waktu daftar ulang.

D.    Barang Yang Wajib dibawa di Asrama ( Mulai Masuk Asrama 15 Agustus 2016 untuk Gelombang I, dan Gelombang II Mulai Masuk Asrama tgl 25 Agustus 2016 )

2.     Kaos putih polos

3.     Trainining/celana olahraga

4.     Sepatu ket ( sepatu olahraga )

5.     Sepatu hitam

6.     Dasi hitam

7.     Kemeja putih lengan panjang (2 stel)

8.     Perlengkapan pribadi

9.     Perlengkapan kuliah (laptop/netbook bagi yang memiliki)

10.   Kamera (bagi yang memiliki)

Amazing blog! Do you have any recommendations for aspiring writers?

Its like you read my thoughts! You seem to know so much about this, like
you wrote the book in it or something. I believe that you simply could do with some p.c.
to drive the message house a bit, but other than that, this is magnificent blog.
